Q. How do I know that this site is secured?

A. All the pages that have to handle personal data do that under a AES256 256 bit key and SSL certificate. But this is just the first level of security: coming to money it will be managed by PayPal under High Grade Encryption, that is one of the highest standard for safe online transactions.

Q. OK, this is what YOU say, but how do i know that you say the truth?

A. First of all, you should know that secured URLs make use of https protocol so all the links to secure pages are in the form https://<address>. This said, your browser itself provides this information. When you enter a secured area of the site you'll notice that the address bar will become blue or green on the left side (in most of the browsers) and you can click the blue or green area to get more info about the certificate and the authority that handles the SSL certificate.

Q. If it's all under the sun, why don't you write your address in your homepage?

A. This is just because i want to protect my privacy (there are a lot of people out there and they shouldn't know too much about where i live or what's my name and such). Of course you will find all these data on the invoices, given that it's more than usual that a customer knows them.

Q. I don't own a PayPal account. What if I decide to buy a service from you?

A. You don't need a PayPal account at all, you can pay with your CC, even a pre-paid one. Or, if you prefer, there are still banks for that.
